Campaign content and strategies generated by our AI using Your Data are owned by you. We retain no rights to such generated content, except as needed to provide the Service.

8. Third-Party Integrations

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9.2 AI-Generated Content

While our AI strives to generate high-quality marketing content, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of AI-generated campaigns. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before use.

9.3 Results

We make no guarantees regarding specific business results, revenue increases, or retention improvements from using the Service. Actual results will vary based on numerous factors beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOATY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Moaty and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service

  • Your Data or content uploaded to the Service
